The course is sector-agnostic and slightly biased towards European players. It doesn’t require any prior knowledge or experience in impact measurement or management.
In case the minimum number of participants (i.e. four organisations) is not reached in the week preceding the start of the mentoring journey, your payment will be fully refunded within 10 days.
The programme doesn’t have the ambition to help you and system stakeholders develop a system map or collective impact strategy. We focus predominantly on defining and optimising your organisational strategy.
The programme is focused on providing sector agnostic guidance. It empowers you with frameworks, tools, guidance to progress by yourself. We indicate the path, you walk it. This is why this programme is a mentoring journey, not a consulting assignment.
