Agenda Masterclass Diversity and Inclusion
What are the dimensions that impact investors can consider in order to advance DEI outcomes? In this first session, we cover the definitions of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and introduce the DEI maturity model and its three main dimensions: leadership/power, mission, and investments. We will dive deeper into the leadership dimension and learn from each other’s experiences in a group discussion. This session will also offer an opportunity to meet the other participants.
In this second session, we focus on investment activity and discover how DEI can be embedded in the pre-investment phase, from deal sourcing to investment decisions. Next, we will discuss how DEI can be accounted for post-investment. The session provides many opportunities to share experiences and best practices with the group.
What does it mean to truly commit to DEI across the whole organisation? In this third session, we will introduce and discuss practices to act upon an organisation’s mission, from HR practices to internal monitoring. We will discuss how to address the common barriers and implement good practices for embedding DEI into your organisation.
- Session 1: The 3 dimensions of DEI in sustainable investing
- Session 2: DEI in sourcing, due diligence and post investment strategies
- Session 3: Committing to DEI in mission, strategy and culture
Applications are considered on a first come first served basis.
