In this role, you will be responsible for:

Supporting learners in achieving their learning goals
Gathering, analysing and reporting about client progress and feedbacks
Performing interviews with clients to identify improvement opportunities
Joining live training session to support and connect with trainers and learners
Sourcing product and course development ideas as well as contributing to implementing innovations
Supporting efforts to promote courses towards client that might need it
